Expectation
This course is the cornerstone of the program, providing a holistic approach to skills development. Through a series of engaging lessons and practical challenges, participants will gain the following and more:
- Learn what to expect for adjusting from education to practice.
- Learn how to start creating your own personal goals, priorities, and values. This will help to better define questions to ask firms, and find somewhere that aligns with YOU.
- Be the toolbox of resources to pull together for the process of finding you first job.
- Provide you with resources to compare firms.
- Provide advice to you from being on both sides of the table.
- Learn how to use the resources and community around you to find your first job.
- Have a resource that you can use even if your first job doesn’t work out. You learn more about yourself with every experience.
